Recently published, it’s heartwrenching and uplifting at the same time. Before she became “Shania”, Eilleen Twain was one of five children living in poverty.  As a teenager she escaped with her family to a battered woman’s shelter. As an young adult, she suffered with her other siblings after her parents died in a car accident. Her life as a star has been anything but an easy ride. Shanie shares her life with us. A good read.
