My Mac N Cheese
1 pkg Kraft dinner
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp paprika
pinch of black pepper
extra macaroni noodles
2 cups milk
2 cups grated mixed cheeses
Remove cheese pkg from KD and fill box with extra macaroni noodles. Cook noodles for 10 min. Meanwhile, melt butter, flour, KD cheese pkg, paprika and pepper in saucepan. Slowly add milk to make sauce. Continue mixing so sauce doesn’t go lumpy. Once the sauce starts to thicken, add cheese and continue stirring until cheese melts. Mix with drained noodles and pour into a greased oven safe dish. I use a small roaster. Bake for 20 min in 350 degree pre-heated oven.
